Alliance for a Competitive European Industry (ACEI) - Manifesto launch

On 26 February 2010, the Alliance for a Competitive European Industry (ACEI), of which Orgalime is a founding member, called for a new industrial partnership between the EU and its major industries. In a manifesto entitled 'Shifting gears for a new industrial policy', the ACEI stresses what needs to be done so that manufacturing industry can remain a key engine for the European economy. This manifesto has been sent to the EU Institutions at the time when they discuss the future EU strategic objectives. The ACEI stands ready to contribute to the definition of these objectives, and of their implementation measures.
