The main objective of Orgalime’s activities in this field is to co-ordinate and prepare the industry participation in the Commission Steering Committee on Noise Policy, and in particular in the working group on emission from outdoor machinery.
In the frame of Orgalime’s Noise Task Force, this issue is mainly followed and represented by experts from the European sector committees strongly affected by the directive including construction equipment, compressors, garden machines and handling equipment sectors.
