Orgalime General Assembly: 22-23 November in Brussels

Orgalime’s General Assembly will take place on 22 and 23 November in the Stanhope Hotel in Brussels.

The programme will kick off in the afternoon of Wednesday 22 November, with a series of addresses and panel debates bringing together high-level EU policymakers with leading figures from the engineering industries and academia.

Highlights are set to include a keynote by Commission Vice-President for the Digital Single Market Andrus Ansip on the role of data in the digitisation of EU industry, plus contributions on European manufacturing in a global world from Deputy Director General of the Commission’s DG Trade Joost Korte and Head of Program Economy & Technology at MERICS Jost Wübbeke. The evening will conclude with a cocktail reception and gala dinner.

On day two, 23 November, the programme is reserved for representatives of Orgalime member associations: policy committee meetings in the morning will be followed by the General Assembly business agenda in the afternoon.
