Letter to Commissioner Kovacs

For the WTO negotiations on the harmonisation of the non-preferential rules of origin,d Orgalime asks the Commission to apply a strategy, which allows a flexible approach for European Engineering companies.

Orgalime believes that also in future companies should still be able to choose the method they prefer, whether it is a change of tariff heading (CTH) or the value added rule (VAR).
