Orgalime position paper on steel

Orgalime, as the largest manufacturing sector, and one of the key sectors for achieving the Lisbon agenda, requests the Commission a balanced approach to dealing with the long term interests of our industry. More specifically, Orgalime requests include among others the following: more transparency, a fair balance when dealing with the interests of steel users and formal representation for steel user industries in the European Commission both at the level of representation for enterprise and for trade.
