This model covers an international technology licence agreement which applies to the transfer of technology for use outside the European Union and the other states forming part of the European Economic Area. 
 
This model agreement can be used as a basis for drafting pure know-how or pure patent licensing agreements, as well as for mixed know-how and patent licensing agreements.
 
It exists in both printed form and on CD-ROM.
