General conditions are standard contracts prepared by Orgalime's lawyers. As industry's best client is itself the aim is to provide simple and balanced general conditions of contract for use between businesses. Orgalime has, to date, produced 10 sets of general conditions which are listed hereunder.
The General Conditions can be applied to a contract without amendments or additions. The parties should however always satisfy themselves that the conditions are suitable for their individual contract. Industry continues to show enormous interest in the Orgalime's General Conditions for Supply (S2000) and for Supply and Erection (SE01). Both the S2000 and the SE01 are modern alternatives of the well-known but outdated UN ECE Conditions 188 and 188A which were issued in the 1950s. More than 1,000,000 copies of the S2000 and (including its) predecessor S92 have been sold since it was issued in 1992.
