The Model Forms provide help when drawing up contracts, which cannot be standardised to the same extent as the General Conditions. The Model Forms therefore contain alternative clauses from which the parties can choose those which are best suited to their individual contract. They also contain blank spaces, which the parties have to complete, and numerous footnotes which explain the effects of different choices. The Model Forms also take into account the applicable law, e.g. competition rules, and therefore ensure users that their contract will be in conformity with the law. They can be bought from Orgalime Member Associations in a package with a paper copy and CD-ROM.
