Orgalime extends Sandro Bonomi’s remit as President

Orgalime are delighted to announce that Sandro Bonomi has been re-elected as their President for a further 12 months.  Initially elected in November 2012, Mr Bonomi said that it was both “an honour and a pleasure…” to maintain his role as President of the European engineering industries association. 

Adrian Harris, Director General said “Mr Bonomi has played a crucial role during the discussion on industrial policy and the so called ‘industrial renaissance’ and we are excited that he will continue this over the next twelve months.  There are many new faces within the European Institutions following the recent elections and nominations – new relationships must be established and others cemented – Mr Bonomi is excellent in that respect, coming from a family-run business in one of our core sectors.”
